TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Lot Presentation and Sale:
1.1 Each lot is presented and sold as one indivisible unit; lots cannot be separated.
1.2 Due to the restricted customs clearance area, physical inspection by the buyer or buyer's representative is not possible. Bidders must rely on written descriptions provided for each lot.
2. Lot Descriptions:
2.1 Auction lots are traded solely based on written descriptions provided by the company.
2.2 The Company will not be held responsible for discrepancies between the written descriptions and the actual condition of the items.
3. Quality and Integrity Assessment:
3.1 The quality and integrity of auction lots will be assessed using pre-established evaluation criteria, as specified by the company.
4. Auction Winning and Payment:
4.1 The winning bidder will be notified.
4.2 Payment must be made within the specified timeframe and in the agreed-upon currency.
4.3 Once the auction closes and prepayment is received, the auction lot is considered sold, and it cannot be returned.
5. Post-Auction Support:
5.1 After the auction is closed, Technical International Service LP will not accept any complaints or claims from the buyer's side.
5.2 The buyer is responsible for informing the transit site about the next stages of logistics after the auction.
6. Closing of Auction:
6.1 The auction is deemed fully closed once Technical International Service LP receives the prepayment money transfer.
6.2 The transfer of goods is considered complete upon the signing of acts of acceptance and transfer of goods, as well as the signing of the agreement.
7. Legal Jurisdiction:
7.1 Any disputes arising from or related to the auction shall be resolved in accordance with international laws.
8. Modification of Terms:
8.1 Technical International Service LP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to registered bidders.
